FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about working with Alluka LLC — services, pricing, onboarding and reporting.

Working with Alluka

Alluka LLC is a growth marketing agency that plans, runs and improves paid media campaigns. We manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, and support them with conversion tracking and conversion rate optimization. Everything we do is tied to measurable business outcomes such as leads and sales.

We are based at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113. We work with clients across the United States and internationally, with meetings held over video calls.

You work directly with the specialists who manage your campaigns. There is no hand-off to a junior account coordinator who relays messages. That keeps communication fast and decisions well informed.

We reply to client questions within one business day. Urgent account issues, such as a disapproved campaign or broken tracking, are prioritized as soon as we see them.

We work with e-commerce brands, B2B and SaaS companies, local service businesses, healthcare clinics, hospitality and travel businesses, and education providers, among others. What matters most is a clear offer and a willingness to measure results and test new ideas.

The easiest first step is to schedule a discovery call through our website. We will talk through your goals and current marketing, then recommend the package or next step that fits, even if that is a smaller project to begin with.

Services & Platforms

We manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns. On social, we manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn, with Pinterest and Snapchat available when they fit your audience.

We write ad copy, prepare creative briefs and adapt your existing images and video for each platform and placement. Full video production or photo shoots are quoted separately or can be handled by your own team or creators.

Yes. Our Conversion Rate Optimization Program combines analytics research, heatmaps, user surveys and structured A/B tests to improve your landing pages and site. It works especially well alongside paid media management.

Yes. The Growth Marketing Strategy Sprint is a three-week project that delivers research, a funnel audit, an ideal customer profile, a channel plan and a 90-day experiment roadmap. You can execute it yourself or ask us to run it.

Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house marketers, web developers and creative agencies. We agree responsibilities at the start so everyone knows who owns which part of the work.

Pricing & Billing

No. Monthly retainers run on a 30-day rolling basis. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

One-time projects such as the Paid Media Audit, Analytics and Conversion Tracking Setup and the Growth Marketing Strategy Sprint are paid when you order. Work begins once payment is received and we have the access we need.

Package fees cover our work. If a project needs a paid tool, such as an A/B testing platform, a consent management platform or cloud hosting for server-side tagging, that subscription is paid by you directly so it stays in your name.

Yes. Many clients pair PPC or social advertising management with the Conversion Rate Optimization Program, or start with an audit or tracking setup before moving to monthly management. We will recommend a combination that fits your goals and budget.

Results & Reporting

We do not promise specific numbers, because results depend on your market, offer, budget and website. What we guarantee is a disciplined, transparent process, strategies that follow current platform best practices and honest reporting on what is and is not working.

Monthly retainers include a monthly performance report and a review call. One-time projects end with a written deliverable and a recorded walkthrough.

We focus on business outcomes such as leads, sales, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend, along with the supporting metrics that explain them. We avoid filling reports with vanity metrics that do not help you make decisions.

The first weeks are usually spent on setup, tracking checks and early tests. How quickly results follow depends on budget, offer, competition and how much conversion data your account generates, so we set realistic expectations together at kick-off.

Ad platforms use their own attribution rules and can each claim credit for the same sale. Tracking gaps from consent choices and browser restrictions also play a part. We compare platform data with your analytics and back-end sales to give you a realistic view of performance.

Yes. We keep a change and test log for every account we manage, and you always have full access to your own ad accounts. You can see exactly what was done and why.

Onboarding & Accounts

You do. We work inside ad accounts, analytics properties and tag containers that you own and grant us access to. If we stop working together, all accounts, data and campaign history stay with you.

Typically we need access to your ad accounts, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and, for e-commerce, Google Merchant Center or your product catalog. For social platforms, you add us as a partner in your business manager. We send clear instructions during onboarding.

We hold a kick-off call to learn your goals, customers and offers, review your accounts and tracking, then share a written plan for approval before making changes. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Yes. We can guide you through creating accounts in your own name, so you remain the owner from day one. We then set up campaigns, tracking and billing correctly.

Yes. We review the existing setup, keep what is working and phase in changes carefully so valuable account history is not lost. If your current agency owns the accounts, we can help you request access or ownership.

Send us written notice by email at least 30 days before you want the service to end. We complete work through the notice period and make sure your accounts and documentation are in good order when we hand over.
