Alluka LLC (“Alluka,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants everyone to be able to learn about our services, contact us, and buy service packages on https://allukallc.com (the “Website”), including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies. This statement describes our approach, what we have done so far, where we know we still have work to do, and how you can reach us if something does not work for you.
In short: We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We build with semantic HTML, keyboard support, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, reduced-motion support, text alternatives, and labeled forms. If you run into a barrier, email [email protected] or call +1 (575) 378-3891, and we will respond within five business days.
1. Our Commitment
Accessibility is part of how we think about good marketing: a website that more people can use is a better website. We are committed to providing a Website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology, and to improving it over time. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time project, and we consider it when we design new pages, publish content, and add features or plugins.
2. Conformance Goal
Our goal is for the Website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
We consider the Website to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means that some parts of the content, particularly third-party components described in Section 5, may not yet fully conform to the standard. We are working to close those gaps.
3. Measures We Take
We have built the Website with accessibility in mind. Measures include:
- Semantic HTML and structure. Pages use proper HTML elements, landmark regions (header, navigation, main content, footer), and a logical heading order, so screen reader users can understand and move through each page.
- Keyboard navigation. All menus, links, buttons, forms, and the cart and checkout flow are designed to be operable with a keyboard alone, in a logical tab order. A “skip to content” link lets keyboard users bypass repeated navigation.
- Visible focus states. Interactive elements show a clear, high-contrast focus indicator, so you can always see where you are on the page, and focused elements are not hidden behind sticky headers or banners.
- Color contrast. We aim for a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text, icons, and interface components, and we do not rely on color alone to convey meaning.
- Reduced-motion support. Animations and transitions respect the “prefers-reduced-motion” setting in your operating system or browser, and we avoid content that flashes.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images include descriptive alt text, and decorative images are marked so that screen readers skip them.
- Form labels and errors. Our contact, booking, and checkout forms use visible labels associated with each field, identify required fields in text, and provide clear error messages that explain how to fix a problem.
- Readable, resizable content. Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content, and the layout adapts to small screens and zoomed views without requiring horizontal scrolling.
- Clear links and language. Link text describes its destination, the page language is declared, and we aim to write in plain, direct English.
- Consistent navigation. Menus, help links, and contact details appear in the same place across the Website.
- Target size. Buttons and other controls are designed to be large enough to activate easily on touch screens.
4. Compatibility and Review Approach
The Website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and with common assistive technologies, such as screen readers (for example, NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack), screen magnifiers, and speech recognition software. It may not work as well with older browsers or outdated assistive technology.
Our approach to reviewing accessibility combines automated checks with manual review, such as navigating key pages by keyboard, checking focus order and contrast, and reviewing forms and headings. We review new templates and significant changes before release and revisit existing pages periodically.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
- Third-party payment pages. Some payment steps are provided by payment gateways, such as Stripe or PayPal, and their accessibility is controlled by those providers.
- Cookie consent banner. Our cookie banner is provided by CookieYes. We configure it to be keyboard accessible and readable by screen readers, but some aspects of its behavior are controlled by the provider.
- Older content. Some older blog posts, downloadable files such as PDFs, or images of charts may lack complete text alternatives or accessible structure. We are updating these as we review them.
- Embedded media and third-party content. Videos or social media content embedded from other platforms may not always include captions, transcripts, or fully accessible players.
- Linked websites. We cannot control the accessibility of third-party websites that we link to.
If you need information from any of these areas in an alternative format, please contact us and we will provide it.
6. Alternative Ways to Get Help
If any part of the Website is difficult to use, we are glad to help in another way. We can, for example:
- provide information about our services, packages, and pricing by email or phone;
- help you place an order or book a consultation directly, without using the online forms; and
- send content, such as policies or reports, in an alternative format, such as plain text or an accessible document.
You can reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +1 (575) 378-3891. You may also use our contact page or schedule a call if those work for you.
7. Feedback and Response Times
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Website. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know. To help us respond effectively, it is useful to include:
- the web address (URL) of the page where you had a problem;
- a description of the problem and what you were trying to do;
- the browser, device, and any assistive technology you were using; and
- how you would like us to contact you.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days. If a fix will take longer, we will explain what we plan to do, give you an estimated timeline, and, in the meantime, provide the information or service you need through an alternative method.
8. Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility standards, browsers, and assistive technologies continue to evolve, and so does our Website. We plan to keep reviewing our content and features, address issues reported by users, consider accessibility when choosing plugins and third-party tools, and update this statement as we make progress. Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are available in the same accessible format as the rest of the Website.
9. About This Statement
This statement was prepared on October 27, 2026, based on our own review of the Website. We will review and update it at least once a year, or sooner if we make significant changes to the Website.
