This Cookie Policy explains how Alluka LLC (“Alluka,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://allukallc.com (the “Website”), what each type of cookie does, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
In short: By default, we only use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Website, the shopping cart, checkout, security, and your cookie preferences. We do not install analytics or advertising pixels by default. If we add them in the future, they will load only after you give consent through our cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser or device when you visit. They allow the website to recognize your browser, remember information such as items in your cart or whether you are logged in, and, in some cases, understand how the website is used.
- First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by another domain, such as an analytics or advertising provider.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
Similar technologies include local storage, pixels (also called tags or web beacons), and scripts that collect information about your browser or device. In this Policy, we refer to all of these as “cookies.”
2. How We Use Cookies
Our Website runs on WordPress and uses WooCommerce for our online store, Wordfence and WP Hide & Security Enhancer for security, Contact Form 7 for our forms, Yoast SEO for search optimization, and CookieYes to manage cookie consent. Our fonts and scripts are self-hosted, so we do not load fonts from third-party services such as Google Fonts.
We use cookies to:
- make the Website, cart, checkout, and customer accounts work;
- protect the Website against attacks, spam, and fraud;
- remember your cookie consent choices;
- remember preferences for logged-in users; and
- only if you consent, measure Website performance and the effectiveness of our own advertising.
3. Categories of Cookies
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the Website to function and cannot be switched off through the cookie banner. They are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, adding a package to your cart, completing checkout, or setting your cookie preferences. They include cookies from WordPress, WooCommerce, Wordfence, and CookieYes. Because they are necessary to provide the service you request, they do not require consent. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the Website, such as the cart and checkout, will not work.
3.2 Functional cookies
These cookies remember choices you make to give you a more personalized experience, such as interface settings for logged-in users. They are used only with your consent where required by law.
3.3 Analytics cookies (only with consent)
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are visited and how long visits last, so we can improve content and performance. We do not install analytics tools by default. If we add a tool such as Google Analytics 4, it will load only after you consent to analytics cookies.
3.4 Advertising cookies (only with consent)
Advertising cookies and pixels help measure the results of our own advertising and may be used to show you relevant ads on other platforms. We do not install advertising pixels by default. If we add tools such as the Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or TikTok Pixel, they will load only after you consent to advertising cookies, and will not load if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
4. Cookies We Use

Rows marked “if enabled” describe tools that are not installed by default. They are listed so you know what to expect if we add them, and they will only be set after you consent.
5. Third-Party Cookies
When you pay through a payment gateway, such as Stripe or PayPal, the provider may set its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. If we enable analytics or advertising tools with your consent, the providers of those tools may set cookies and receive information about your browser and activity on our Website. These third parties use cookies under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. For example, you can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services in Google Analytics Help.
6. Managing and Withdrawing Your Consent
When you first visit the Website, our CookieYes banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose which categories to allow. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and non-essential cookies stay off until you opt in.
You can change your mind at any time by opening the cookie settings link or icon on the Website and updating your choices. Withdrawing consent stops non-essential cookies from being set in the future. To remove cookies that have already been set, you can also clear them in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.
7. Browser Controls
Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings, usually under “Privacy” or “Security.” You can typically block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, or clear cookies when you close the browser. Some browsers also offer tracking protection features that limit third-party cookies by default. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the cart, checkout, and account features of our Website will not work properly. Settings apply per browser and device, so you will need to adjust each one you use.
8. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising, and we will not load advertising cookies or pixels for that browser. Because there is no common standard for responding to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not respond to them separately; we recommend using GPC or our cookie settings instead.
9. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove tools, when providers change their cookies, or when the law changes. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If we introduce new categories of non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent again through the cookie banner.
